Buttong is a fashion brand designed and made in Denmark, built around stories, personas, and expressive design. Each collection begins with a narrative — a story inspired by modern life, emotions, and everyday situations — which then unfolds through silhouettes, prints, and details.

At the core of Buttong are characters: imagined personas that shape the mood and attitude of each collection. These characters are not costumes, but reflections of contemporary identities and moments. Designed by Ginter Button, Buttong balances structure and playfulness, elegance and irony. The collections move between wearable, everyday pieces and more experimental showpieces. For each collection, selected garments are created as showpieces or art pieces — designed to express the concept more freely and push the visual language of the story beyond the limits of commercial fashion.

All Buttong pieces are designed and made in Denmark, allowing for close involvement in the creative and production process. This approach supports thoughtful design decisions, attention to detail, and a clear connection between idea and final garment.
